My suggestion for your bike to grow some more is a rear mud guard like the ones found on the GS. I was soooo eyeing that mod when i had my Vara. Plus it looks pretty trick too.

actually got a few things to change...

 

- rear hugger (either F650GS type or Bajaj pulsar type), still finding a local shop that can do this..

- suspensions, Ohlins or Wunderlich..

- Topbox, looking for H&B aluminium exclusive series, still saving up for this...

- and lastly...just like what u advise to the next owner when u sold off ur bike...want to respray either airbrush or carbon fibre

 

if i change the suspension, then don't think gonna sell off this baby..

Bro, I understand the pain. I got menses all over my car before and the car is white in colour. I also have used pads thrown on my Vara. I took it positively that maybe, some old chicks are horny for me so they show their love/lust this way...

 

For a camera to be fitted on bike is a little difficult. Since your 3rd floor window view can see the bike, I suggest putting a video cam aiming at your bike. The only problem you face is having to change tape every 90 mins as DV tape longest is 90 mins...and can be damn irritating.... but the zoom is damn good.

To fit a cam permanently and physically on your bike is damn difficult. Maybe we meet over coffee while I think hard about an internet WIFI solution storing to hard disk.

Why not we set up a trap for those vandals? Do some ambush stuff... I really hate these kind of people... Damned. If we show that we care to take effort to protect our bikes and set up traps, people will be more deter...

 

I'm also thinking of arming our bikes with a camera. Why not we meet up one day to ponder thru this? Should be quite easy to do...

Maybe just the GPS holder. The GPS itself will need to be remove when not in used. Most likely getting the portable ones.

 

The metal piece for the H&B panniers comes together if u buy the boxess. Does not include when u buy the rack. It's sold together with the boxes. But can be ordered separately....

Anyone interested doing a cashcard with the VARA logo thanks to V1K.

The final design will be black background with the VARA logo in chrome lettering. Cost is $15 without any value inside. Anyone interested please inform Atwin directly or if u guys shy shy then just inform me.
