I have so many parts to buy but I'm not having any luck getting them: the shops I've called dont seem to be bothered to make any effort. I'm unimpressed with the service so far.

Also I need somewhere that can sell and install but no luck.

 

This weekend I'll go searching again; I still need

- a tankbra; a centrestand; an undercowl; a crashbar; replacement mirrors (the chrome ones on my bike are too short and I have to lean to see behind); and side panniers: givi41's or H&N Journeys.

 

If anyone can reply or msg me where they recommend to get some of this I would really appreciate it....

Anyone intestered In catching Some BIKE vandalisam PPL at ANG MO KIO central?

 

I think these f**kers really got nth do to better do vandalis ppl bike.

 

They don't know how much money and effort we put on our bike and they can easily make it spoilt just like that.

 

We take Few Mths to make our bikes, But they just need Few mins to take every away.

 

So anyone in?

.. mind sharing the tell tale sign? … could be either the battery or rectifier are dead ... or can try looking at this first; the ignition fuse (10A) or fuse inside the starter solenoid (30A) is blown.

 

 

Starter Solenoid … notice that ‘30’ label ? spare fuse should be somewhere tied with insulation tape

Hi all...

 

I managed to get a bunch of stuff done to my bike yesterday - cannot remeber the shop name but its across the road from LAB - the uncle is very helpful - got a replacement horn ($20), acerbis handgards ($140), an undercowl ($40 - a generic one), and replacement mirrors ($18), plus raingear.

Got some good advice from a Vara 1k owner, forgot to ask his name; (his bike has orange fairing with Hellas with H&B alu panniers) - and I see my Nolan N102 wont fit into anything except GiviE41's which are enormous (and incidentally, sold out across Singapore as Malaysian Police bought them all up. Stock in 3 months).

So I think now I have to downsize my helmet. H&B alu panniers are very tidy, pricy ($1600-1800).

Is there any device to lock it to the bike besides a top box? I am worried that it will be stolen before long as my bike is in a public carpark during the daytime. I dont even know if helmet theft is common.
