Ouh ok bro thanks for the info...cause i jz send my bike at hua chin motor at bkt batok...

But the service there is damn poor... I tot when i came back and take my bike jz now everything is ok but damn the rear shock that they fixed for me is not fit for my vara...

Hmmm any workshop that can u recommended which are gd at servicing vara

Cause i won go back to that workshop again be ware guys....!!

 

I send my vara there once and i never went back again. That shop is okay if you're servicing the normal 2B bikes or S4..

This fri or sat top up i surely go, just got my bike back finally! :thumb:

a quick question guys..

 

Well, it will sound very stupid.. but it seem that i could not find the fuel lever (aka - fuel co*k) on my Vara

I can still see a label on my left upper fairing but no lever whatsoever..

 

been trying to find it for a while now... any help is appreciated. :)

Hi Guys, sorry for the numerous questions but has anyone managed to fit a wider than stock tires on both front and rear? I am thinking of changing to road tires for better traction. Am currently on Siracs (very new thou) now.

 

Any good road tires to recommend? Thanks!

Fatt, i dun mind trip to Malaysia loop or Thailand even. I missed out on a Malaysia Loop ride organised anually by Sbfer Scubasimon. Now school finish i itchy for a long ride. Sometime after June mebbe? Do an East Coast of Malaysia ride, much less urbane.

Try go to unique i change both of my BT35 tires there for $225

 

IS it BT35 or BT45?

 

As far i can find on the net.. Bridgestone only carries BT45 and not BT35.

There is 1 more brand of road tire which i see often used by certis cisco on their vara '07 bikes.. and they are not bad looking at all..

 

Dunlop GT501.. the tyre thread for both front and back is wider but their sidewalls are lower, so the bike will be slightly 'shorter' if you know what i mean.. :)

Hi guys any idea wats the milleage range for full tank...

Cause mine i try up to 400 then i start to top up but i still haven use the reserve...

 

Good question..

 

I went to JB earlier today, and I pumped approx 14.4 Liters of fuel with 355km clocked on the tripmeter.

 

So based on that approximation; 355km/14.4L x 17.7L (approx total fuel you can pump into the bike) = 436.35km

 

however, please do note that the above are applicable if you are on standard tyre (not oversized/reduced e.,t.c) and your fight hand is not a "preennng, preennng" type.. :cheeky: and other factors (too many to list)
