Hello All Varaddies......

The trip was a EXCELLENT one...we not enjoy the trip but also learn alot of things from each other....most important thing is we are back safely...:bounce: :bounce:

Most important thing we learn is to work as team during the trip....And what can i say more....the convoys was very good...team work is there...:thumb: :thumb:

Now maybe we can also under stand each other better in form of character and behaviours...all of us comes from different roots of life but when it comes to riding our beloved Vara...its still one heart and one soul....

Remember that you guys have to have FAITH in ur bike...we have tested the VARADERO 125cc to its best performance yet to be tested(so far)..Have FAITH in your bike guys...it is a very reliable and unique bike....

Regarding the Air Filter mass order from Race Incorparation..i'll confirm with you guys by the 15th December...once i get the price then i'll publish it in the forum ok.

Our next short trip will be somewhere about after Chinese New Year or mid next year (mid)...Before the Grand Final Trip that is yet to be announnced....

There will be a meet up this week end of all Vara Buddies..the photos should be ready by then..

Date : 11 December 2004

Time : 2000hrs

Venue : East Coast Food Centre

Whats Up DawGZ!!!!

Juz want to add on what Dakar had said...

I totally agree with Dakar..All I can say is that I had fun...after the trip, i love my bike very much...The trip was enriching for me...it helps me to make better judgement in terms of riding aspects, skill and experience...there are times where the big brothers advices or point out my mistakes in riding...I greatly welcome that..

Our bikes are awesome...to be honest...i quite surprized to see what my bike can do...knowing its limitations...but now...never underestimate your bike...trust me on this...

Riding in convoy...is not easy...you need discipline...The best part is that...each one of us did their part...even though in the beginning, there are blurness...after a while..once we haf that momentum...it was pretty smooth....

I feel quite sad though...looking through the pictures...it was nice...i wish that we can go touring often...hopefully the next time round, there will be a lot of us doing that...

I confidently say that I know Indy, Fared and Shah better than before...throughout the whole trip, i treat you guyz like my big brothers...and shikin like my big sister...

All i can say it is awesome trip...Thanks Dakar..Thanks Wild I...Thanks Visual...

Pingster>>> The air filter is original varadero 125...but Paul will make some modifications to the air filter if u want to...coz he told me that..he mod his original air filter...

Dude,

You can try going to the Auntie sticker shop located at the T-junction opposite the Lavender Hawker Centre. There are many other places too. This is one of the shop I know and hope this can help you.

Hi

any of you Vara1K owns F_1030 plate ? Saw it near Lana's Cake shop at Watten Estate last saturday. Wanna go closer to take a look but "pai say" and was rushing for time too.

Anyway, thought the cakes from Lanas' are only so so......also, a little stuck up service.

pingster so far i hv no prblem starting mine in da morning......weird how come urs like dat???

Pingster, after adjusting my rpm to 1.5K, I had no problem starting up in the morning, even without the choke. I realise the i have to crank the ignition for about 2-3 sec to ensure 100% start.

So....so far so good.

Pro Dero and all

I think i have to bring bike back to BS to check the rear wheel and brakes. Each morning, as i roll the bike, i can hear "erhhh erhhh" sound. Sound likes the brake pads sticking to the brake disk. After stepping on the rear brake, the sound goes away. But comes back again once in a while.

Anyone have a better answer or any clue to this sound ??

Chow, try, ask sone one to tilt your bike while u spin the rear wheel, if its not smooth, then (definately brake pads are engaged to disc) mech need to check the hydrolics on the brakes.. some things wrong there.. simon had this problem too.. till he went to a mech to fix it... but since urs under BS warranty.. best to go to them...
