Give bike details to potential buyer.. Like plate number, make model etc. If got log card make a copy for him. With the details, buyer go insurance company of choice, buy insurance.. Then together with u, the seller, go to LTA with nric and the newly bought insurance and go second floor, fill up a form and wait for queue number, then both go counter and transfer ownership. Pay the transfer fee and maybe road tax as well if expiring (if require inspection cert to renew then must produce as well). Payment for the bike, u and buyer work it out..

Simpler way, go bike shop of your choice and let them do it for u.. For a fee of course..
