Does anyone face the same problem as me? I feel my legs stiff and makes hard to change gear as the boots has a protective plastic on the back of the boots.

haha...

anyway, are the boots too 'hard'?

cannot flex at all?

that may be the problem.

It's a new pair of boots? Abit stiff at the ankle areas probably?

After some time the flex areas will become softer and then, the boot will be very comfortable.

I should rephrase it as high ankle riding boots. Change my gear changing style, no problem handling it.

Same with me. Got those high ankle boots with so much armor material plastered around it for protection -- just exaggerating...its good for me (:

I usually swivel my toe around the gear shift lever just to perform upshift. Previously I felt flexible with my sneakers in that I just have to wiggle in between the peg and the gear shift. A bit leceh at first, but it takes time.

All in the love for safety, huhuhu.
