Cheap and good means own self wash.....it's cheap cuz it's free!!! It's good cuz you know that's the best you can do...... "The Best" is individual's standards lah, ha ha.....

 

Wanna go cycling, I think I gonna need to either change my rear hub or cassette.....my father rode my mountain bike and told me the freewheeling seems to have some problems......And Kriss King hub very ex leh.....dun wan cheapo stuffs on my bike. Maybe can settle for Shimano XT grade lah, ha ha.....tyres need change too.....

 

Back ass hurt can retrain until solid as a rock.....or your seat angle wrong, meaning not level???

think u better get ur free wheeling done asap, if not later affect other stuffs... as for my seat, shld be right angle leh, i oso dunno y leh, think too long nv cycle liao, ass not as firm as before... haha... having fat ass now.... erm, give me some time to train before i promise u any cycling trip, kaka... used to cycle to changi, orchard, east coast and all over spore, now, erm.. think gone case liao lar... :sweat:

Thing is, ever since my father felt the bicycle got problems, he hang it back in the store, in case more things spoil.....I came back from States for 2 yrs, also never check what's wrong.....still hanging in storeroom.

 

My tyres also fried.....Continental are expensive tyres for bicycle, also Michelin too.....think I'll go for the IRC semi ones. Not so expensive but pretty good grip. Presently are still IRC Missiles on my rims....darn thick!!! Upslope die :sweat:

eh dude, i seriously think u got some problems wif rubbers!... even bicycle u oso going for Continental and Michelin, wah lao eh, the price wont be cheap ar... kakaka... well, u r paying for the grip!~...

 

maybe u can try panaracer, i have it on my wheels, semi slick... pretty grippy i would say, think a pair for almost a hundred but this price is erm, abt 4yrs back?!... haha... :sweat:
