tyrian he mean he want to go using BKE at 730 am cause the ERP over at bt timah there start at that time and for the morning peak period will have lesser cars and less traffic.

ya it makes a hell of differences. Paying $0.75 improves the road situation so much. Of course i will not say that if the erp charges is $2.00 (car)
