If kena caught riding on road shoulder, wats the fine like? Any demerit points? And who have the right to summon us? TP, LTA, camera or any auxiliary police? Cos I saw an Indian guy hiding by the roadside (i could only see his upper body) just now looking at my no. Plate and seems like jotting it down. He's not wearing helmet and doesn't have a bike with him...

i also saw a indian man in the bush, behind the metal guardrail along PIE. what an odd place to be. not sure what is he doing there.

Yup dats the one. Cte exit to pie changi airport. Btw do u think they can summon me cos they never take pic. I was on the white line cos a car suddenly just chg to my lane so I have to Siam to the road shoulder to avoid collision..

Yes they can. It's their word against yours and also, if you dispute, they'll extract the footage from the LTA Ops Centre. Regarding the appeal, there's no harm in trying. Go down to TP personally to appeal.

u can try to email them. recently just appeal on riding on road shoulder. wait for 2 months to reply and the result is still pay 150 n 6 demerit point + they will courier to u the updated summons:P
