still any kakis riding raider? i just got my raider from a fren, however got issues, keeps stalling at traffic lights, rpm not constant,

change carb, spark plug cap and spark coil, still same, got any ideas? and got lobang for suzuki agent in jb or singapore except KS motors and Guan Hoe?

Correct me if im wrong, that big item u highlight is clucth housing? Most issue is the 3 rivet connecting housing n n gear are worn out, u can get it be rivet back, no ned to buy new one, for the.small gear mayb jb haf

Btw i did went down to.buy parts frm guan hoe, yesterday, n the malay guy at the counter told.me, can order parts frm jb shop, ori parts, suzuki agent, ntp something the shop name, he told me about location of shop but i forgot liow, i try search, i will put the add once i got.it

1. changed horn. Old was NOT very loud. Changed to NIKKO brand genuine Yamaha.

checked socket – ok

 

2. Fuel Cork has problem . Petrol cannot stop automatically. Inside tiny valve malfunction. Changed fuel cork TAIYO GIKEN brand genuine Suzuki . Used Suzuki Smash FD110 model. Tested perfect

 

3. Changed 1100ml Shell Advance semi synthetic engine oil

 

4. Changed oil filter genuine Suzuki FU 150

 

5. checked petrol filter - OK. Super clean. Thanks to Caltex techron RON 95

Haiz.. how i wish i can go to Batam.. but canot for now, not feasible as fasting month and also busy with work projects.. going to do top overhaul for my raider as per advice by two mechanics, might be getting parts frm JB, buy bit by bit cost budget tight tight..

changed fuel cap lid

 

use indonesian made year 2012 ( batch written on box )

 

feature :-

big cap lid

thick rubber

both side rubber has similar surface

rubber steady

big rubber size

 

RM11 made in indonesia but last part no. has AS01 instead of L000

part # with AS01 is the best solution

 

check !!!

 

The small hole inside cap must be sprayed WD-40 and blowed with air pressure to remove white powder and rusts.

 

tested full " mouth full " tank petrol fill up

NO more leakage.

 

Last time got leakage petrol once mouth full pump in petrol cause the rubber cap fuel not good - design flaw

PAIR got 2 hose - 1 is thin and 1 more fat

the thin hose connected from PAIR had crack and causes air leakage. Bike will not have high power after 75km/h

 

So rather then buy original part since knowing it is thin - this hose in part catalogue = HOSE, 2ND AIR CLEANER JOINT 09359-40701-600

 

I used

thick , anti-crack , long life, anti-bend petrol hose - highest quality RM 12

 

Now bike has good vacuum system.

 

Bike with 81,410km mileage gives superb accelaration and high speed
