if u want it to look nice, easiest is to take out n spray,

otherwise u have to cover with newspaper, spray, n touchup the corner with brush, more troublesome, but at least u wont have to bother assembliing the thing back.

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?

Thanks for replying, but if I don't take it out won't it be impossible to sand it down?

lol, u're complicating ur self.

it's still possible to sand it, only on those tight spots u might need some tools.

so just ask ur self, which is easier?

Can spray on the bike, just make sure it's really clean, degreased, and you properly mask the rest of the bike. Paint spray travels far so make sure you're not accidentally spraying the rest of the bike.. good luck.
