Hi Sebaz,

 

Our training schedules currently are 2 hours of land training each on Tues and Thurs, and water training on Sunday morning.

 

Though commitment is always great for the team, but as a club team, our timings are rather flexible and we are also coming out with self-training schedules for individuals with other commitments that can't come for the land training to do gym training at their own timings.

 

Please feel free to come down for our trainings as a try-out

Schedule for trainings are:

Sun: 8.30am - 12 noon

Tues-Thurs: 7 - 9pm
