u should call up the police n tell him to wait there...or let him tok watever he wan, after that make a police report and sue him back of rackless drivivg,causes danger to other road user,and roda gangster,n trying to theren u. than we will see who will win.

seriously..i dont understand why some forumers here like to label others as 'stupid' to do certain things here and there

 

not trying to be personal here, but i've previously been scolded 'stupid' by a 'clever' forumer for using chinese han yu pin yin to represent something which i duno how to put in english. of course, in my case, this 'clever' forumer doesnt have a clue what han yu pin yin is abt.

 

anyway, back to the topic. additional loading onto the next insurance premium will only occur if the other party successfully claims against yr insurance above a certain amount limit. if the claim amt is very little, e.g. only $500, i dont think there will be any loading.

I am sorry if I have offended you or the person who gave this comment.

 

I did suffer a loading from my insurance in 2001. Lorry did not stop @ a stop line while i was proceeding straight. in the end, lorry side board got scratch, my bike (KRR) signal & brake lever damage.

 

I paid for my own repair.

 

I lodge a report, but did not claim the other party nor did the party claim me as promised.

 

What did I get to prevent my insurance company for blaming me that I did not report an accident?

 

a 20% loading from them for 3 years. Needless to say, I sold my bike my the end of the 1st year of that loading.

 

Change my bike & the insurance coy.

 

My advised to all. dun report any accident if there is no claims to either party.

Thank you very much for your replies.. here is the lastest update abt this case.

 

That driver did claim insurance against me. I received a letter from my insurance company says that they are going to investigate. I didn't report to anybody at that time.

 

So, since the driver did claim against me for nothing happend to his car. then i will just deny about what happened. as there was no police report, no exchange of personal infor of us, no witness, nothing happened to neither my bike nor his WRX.

 

hehe...think that driver will reallly be pissed off, if he really did somehting nasty to his car at his own cost....

 

I can just say that i even never ride my bike on that day...

 

Will update you guys again when i calll my insurance compnay tomorrow...
