Hey guys, i'm trying to find a solution to my pillion riders always burning themselves on the exhaust, and i came across exhaust shields..

 

does anyone know where i can get any compatible with a phantom? and do the installation as well?

What you can do for cheaper is to get those exhaust wrap made of fibreglass and wrap it around the silencer :) It won't give you any performance gains (wrap header for performance) but the insulation prevents the passenger from burning herself.

Oh. i interested in this wrap to do for my phantom too,cause my side box just........cm above the exhaust....in the long run....scared the plastic cannot tahan!!!

you buy wrap or foil then just hose clamp it. Foil need more skill because need to create a structure that does not flake off over time.

 

Fibreglass or titanium type is easy.
