Thanks. Planning buy for gift for someone. Anyway i got it from ebay

eBAY, which means it has no psb stickers. And the person receiving that gift shall never wear it to any riding school/ test centres. Nor should that person wears it in Singapore. In a event of a police/LTA stops & checks, that helmet without PSB stickers means that person is liable for a fine of at least S$30. This is not one off fine. Get caught again, fine again.

 

In the event of a traffic accident. The insurance companies can deny payment to claims, by citing that the person was using a unapproved helmet.
