Title : Malaysia studying RM20 entry fee for Singapore vehicles

By :

Date : 01 May 2006 2014 hrs (GMT + 8hrs)

KANGAR: Malaysia said it was studying the appropriate mechanisms before enforcing the RM20 entry fee for Singapore-registered vehicles into the country.

Bernama news agency quoted Malaysia 's Internal Security Minister Radzi Sheikh Ahmad as saying the government is awaiting recommendations from the Attorney General's Department on the relevant laws to be perused.

"We have decided that the fee is to be collected by the Immigration Department. In principle, the government has agreed to the RM20 fee.

"We will implement it as soon as all the matters are settled," he told reporters after handing over Takaful Insurance Certificates to the Village Security and Development Committee (JKKK) chairmen and computers for schools in the Kangar Parliamentary constituency.

It was reported earlier that all Singapore vehicles entering Malaysia would be imposed a RM20 entry fee effective May 1 but to date there is no directive from the authorities. - CNA/de

Interesting facts about the upcoming ZX14.. though more ppl are callin it the ZX13.5

the zx13.5 gets 33 MPG

the zx13.5 has a ZX11 clutch

the zx13.5 has intergrated cylinders, the barrels are now the cases, nice... guess how much your big bore kit costs now?

the ZX 13.5 has a LONGER wheelbase than the 12

a naked zx13.5 looks like a HACK JOB performed by a goat raper, exactly what is that mess?

kawasaki "sensationalizes" ricky gadsons record 8.57 on a built kawasaki but never once mentions any times pulled by mike slow on his built busa? fishy....

the zx13.5 has less co-efficiency than a 12, it slips through the air like a brick!

the only "semi" modern piece of technology or "high tech" item on the zx13.5 is a radial mounted hydraulic clutch lever, nice eh?
