It's not just a question of whether or not you check your blindspots, but WHEN you check them. You check too early or too late the TP consider it as not checking at all, which probably explains why all the boxes are ticked.

Abrupt lane change means you're swerving too much when you change lanes. Either you kanchiong spider swerve into the next lane right after checking the blindspot, or your bike is already swerving about as you check the blindspot. After you've confirmed there's no traffic and checked your blindspot, look far ahead and smoothly accelerate to the next lane. Acceleration helps to make your lane changes smoother and helps you to merge into the flow of traffic easier.

The trickiest sections of the road test route are the lane changing on ave 6 after turning left from under the mrt line, and also the lane change after the mrt station. Also the right turn at the hospital. You must be aware of the traffic around you before you even start to signal for the lane change.

For the first lane change, if you get caught at the lights under the mrt line, check the cars on your right while waiting, try and judge which ones will be turning left too. Don't just look at the cars next to you, check those further upfront and further behind in your mirrors. Try and be aware of any cars turning out from behind you and cutting you off also.

For the second lane change after the mrt station, if you get caught at the lights in front of the mrt station then watch out for cars from the lights further back coming up fast when the lights go green. This one is tough because the traffic is moving quite fast at that section. You have to be confident when you think it's clear or that there's space for you, and make sure you accelerate to merge in smoothly with the traffic(don't worry so much about the speed limit, go over abit nevermind, tester doesn't carry radar gun, and it's more important to merge without causing other cars to slow down too much for you). If traffic is heavy don't panic and start veering around, just be patient and don't pick up too much speed (or you'll be reaching the traffic lights before traffic can clear), look further back for any possible space. Focusing on the cars coming up fast won't help, look further behind them, because you're not gonna lane change in front of a faster moving vehicle are you? Don't stare at the mirrors for too long either, or else you'll start to veer around. Quick glances every other second should be enough to update you on the traffic flow.

For the hospital section just look further down the road (try and see past the busstop on the right, and up to the traffic lights on the left), and keep updating yourself on the traffic from the left and right. Now and then also watch out for vehicles from the hospital. Be confident when you decide move.

This is what i can think of off the top of my head, the main things are to be aware of the traffic situation around you, don't panic if traffic gets heavy, and be confident when you decide to make your move.

The testers are very strict with the 2B test because new riders are at the highest risk when you get your licenses.

Those who risk nothing, do nothing, achieve nothing, become nothing.
