Please kindly do NOT continue to discuss this matter in the forum. You can seek legal recourse if you think you are right. If you get judgement ruled in your favour, then share the outcome with us. Else, keep it offlist the forum as this is clearly a personal vendetta against the shop rather than a genuine discussion.

 

You have caused alot of damages, to YOURSELF, already. I got no further advises for you.

At ASP we pride ourselves as a fair and transparent company. The staff and management are cultured to address to issues and comments constructively. We believe that some misunderstanding had occurred and seek to clarify and rectify the issue.

 

The following is our understanding of the issue.

 

On the 18 March 2010, Mr. S purchased a used Honda Varadero 1000 from us. Four months after purchase, he came to us to downgrade to a cheaper bike due to some personal issues. Out of good will after understanding of his issues, we allowed him to do so by trading in his Varadero 1000 for a Piaggio X 9 (200 cc). This would help him reduced his monthly and overall installment drastically and yet he had a comfortable scooter.

 

As of ASPhoon used bike policy, we fulfilled the 1 month engine warranty regardless of age of vehicle. Going beyond the warranty, there was even an occasion whereby we fulfill a repair costing $200 six months after his purchase. This was done after consideration that the fault may had been inherited from the previous owner and was earlier unresolved. The scooter was eventually sent to his house after the repair.

 

It was than we had been informed that some negative feedback had been posted about our company on the forum. We were aware but did not revert on the forum as we felt that he was entitled his opinion despite our company reputation being somewhat affected.

 

Unfortunately the matter was unresolved despite the parties patience. In May 2011, Mr S came to us saying that he did not want the bike anymore and left the scooter at our shop. On trying to assist him, we realized that, he had default his instalments by 2 months and his yearly insurance was about to due soon. This was financially not acceptable for the company. We called to inform him about our decision of not simply accepting the scooter without compensation, it is with regrets that the conversation turned sour.

 

Our company pride ourselves as being attentive to customer needs and wants. There are however limitation to certain issues whereby solution can only be mapped from the effort of all parties. We are running a business. Our customer, staff, management and policy all play a role in making the relationship a cordial one. We would like Mr S to please come to us and resolve the matter.
