Tnx zack>>> i will go by the law lah..but with some extra plans on the side...the front fender damage! almost 1/4 of it cracked! left side crash bar tilted inward almost touch the fairing. left front and rear signal damage! rear top box left lock broken and left side pannier rack oso tilted inward... and my horn bracket has to go!!! sigh... already call NTUC to persue and told to report to IDEC. was also told POLICE won't entertain such stuff as nobody was injured!!! sigh...

 

but i will paste a letter... to "scare" him to own up (as i already know where he stay)..all this will be done tonight..

On 13th march, my motorbike was park at Multi-Story Car-park (behind SHELL) level F, was knocked down by another vehicle. A civilian witness the whole incident and left a note mentioning “SF* 6#6#Y hit you”. I already made the necessary report to the POLICE STATION at Paya Lebar. It is an offence of a HIT and RUN case. It would have been worse if your send for a urine test and found Positive for drink driving. You will be CHARGE accordingly.

 

If you are the witness, I appreciate you left the no plate behind on my bike. Just need another help from you. Please email me what really saw as the Investigation Officer(IO) needs to do a brief report. However the (IO) had already located the address, car color and it’s a Toyota make! He advised me to give him sometime and see if the culprit will own up. I really hope u can mail me as it will be use in court if the driver admit not guilty of the act. Do mail me at [email protected]

 

If you are the driver of the particular vehicle, and, wish to settle this out of court. I will be gentle with you. Worst to worst, it will cost u some cash to settle for my repairs. THAT’S ALL!!!!! And, u can keep your license rather than losing it for the rest of your life and sit behind bar for your negligence and incoherent act.
