What. bike do you have in mind?

 

There are various methods to safely lower a bike. Most bikes will allow to be lowered slightly. To reduce the height even more, it would require the use ofl owering links.

 

Start with a low bike like the DR200. Once you gain more confident, you can move on to taller bikes. It is not unusual for riders to tip toe just on one leg.

1.7m is suitable for a scrambler.. motards will be short in height..

subjective eh... ...you will have to proceed down to the bikeshops and try mounting on them to see which bike you felt good on it... ...
