On and off, every month of so, i need to put oil or wd40 into my keyhole slot because sometimes very difficult to handlebar lock due to rain and dirt. If spoil already and the lock very ex, just bochup and use padlock to lock sprocket can already.

Wd40 and wriggle your handlebar abit. Some needs certain angle.

If not, a simple padlock on the disc would suffice.

If its a bike that no one would probabbly steal, dont bother.

use a padlock as a cheaper alternative. people might not steal it for it value but some might take it for a joy ride. i had a friend that never lock his rxz handle bar. it was once stolen and found 1week later in a carpark with an empty tank. he do despatch as part time therefore imagine the trouble.
