So now ur bike back to usual performance? No more slipping clutch?

Not exactly back to usual but the clutch slip feeling is gone now. However at the "biting point" I feel roughness that is felt during my run in period..don't know why is that so. Perhaps someone more technically inclined on scooters could explain..

ACM is at first east centre level 2. Go up the slope turn left go to the end turn left again then go to the end turn left. Go to the end just before the down slope. His shop is on the right. 2nd last shop.

I have several friends with Maxsym. Every one of them says that their top speed is around 170 km/h and some told me that they reached 180 km/h (when going down).

My Maxsym only goes until 160 km/h and with some difficulty.

What do you guys think about this?

She also has a higher fuel consuption than most of my friends' Maxsyms.

I'm a little concerned...

What mileage is your maxsym now? Full run in completes around 5000km. The top speed and fuel consumption is affected if the engine is still running in too.

I have tried 150km on straight road and the throttle still has a bit more to go so i guess top speed 160-170 is possible. I'm 163cm 60 kg.

Oh ya..but I changed to heavier Dr puller rollers now so top speed should be even higher. Can't wait to test it out during my upcoming Malacca trip :D

Nope. No hit clutch..too expensive for me..$550 for the clutch..zzz...

Acceleration affected yes. Pick up is noticeably slower. But if u open the throttle it can still pick up quite fast.

I wanted lower rpm at cruising that's why I got the heavier rollers. Stock is 15grm. I got 18grm Dr pulley sliders. My rpm at 110km now is at 4500. Previously was 5000rpm.

If u want faster pick up and responsive overtaking I suggest u get 15grm or 14grm sliders.

Installed at taihin for $95. I found on a website selling the sliders at 69 euros including shipping but they only sell up to 15 grms..

Sounds great. Im oso not into green light start races. I prefer relaxed high speed cruising. I guess i will wait for ur review after ur malacca trip. Wanna knw hw well can u still overtake on the NSHW. Scared pickup nt strong to pull for an overtake. Thanks btw! Ride safe! :)

hi, i drive nowthe Hit Clutch with 16 g Dr.Pulley sliders. Top Speed (not finished) about 165-170 km/h. On 130km/h feels like some one push me;-)

Little bit info from my Person: 204 cm and 120 kg. I think maxspeed already good.

Windshild already on highlevel, easy to change.

Posted
No offence but have u considered ur weight and body size? Im big (178cm and 95kg) and i get ard 25km/l. Sumtyms ur riding style plays a part too.

Top speed not tried yet. Only hit 140 once. Singapore no space to speed. Haha.

Yes, I've considered my body size (173cm, 94kg) and that isn't really an issue because some of my friends have similar body sizes.

Also, I don't think that 15-20kg makes a big difference in a 400cc bike.

guys, can you give me some infos on the size of DR Pulley slider used..it's not the same with joymax 250 right?

It's not the same bro.

See below link. This is the only website I found that sells the Dr pulley rollers.

But I do not know what is the size of the rollers that is installed in my bike by the shop.

Folks, are our windscreen's height adjustable? Anyone tried before?

Not really satisfied with the screen, looking around if there is larger aftermarket ones? Any ideas?

a few people in the silverwing forum installed the givi airflow, not sure where they bought from, i think its from motorworld.

Stock it is in d lower height. U can raise it up abit. Remove d black plastic shield below the windscreen. 2 screws from underneath. Then slide it down. Then expose the windscreen mounting bolts (x6). Remove then relocate the windscreen higher by aligning to the new mounting holes then replace everyting back.

To me not alot of difference. Im 178 but i still expreience a lot of buffeting at d helmet and shoulders. Nt sure if the givi windscreen is here alr. Can check wif Mah?

Thanks, bro...will give it a shot. Travelling from east side to and fro Tuas everyday, any sort of little protection will go a long way for me...haha.

My maxsym has around 5500 Km now. The problem is that some of my friends have Maxsyms with 2000-3000 km and stil can go at around 170 km...

Our Givi air-flow got it from Mah.

Used to be $280 but I think can get it for $250 or less with some bargain.

Not sure there's a version for MaxSym.
