that one oil pressure. it will light up if there is no oil pressure (e.g. u dont start the engine after u switch on the ignition). so if the engine running for around 10 seconds and the light doesn't go out, quickly off and get the engine checked. something could be faulty.

Huh is it? Lol I always thot that the light is on means that I can crank and start the bike. Because usually after I switch on the bike it takes about 2-5 seconds before this lights up, I always wait for this indicator to light up before I start cranking..

It's okay I guess. Hope this Batt last long enough. I did a check on some US websites, dry Cells going for less than $40usd, US brands, endorsed by NASCAR racing teams so should not be Chap Pa Lang...... Wonder why bike Batt is being monopolised here.....

Shouldnt be an issue oso. I usually wait until the buzzing sound goes off (fuel pump priming). Either way no harm. :)

Bike back from hospital.......

Battery failure. Damage $200.

They tried their best to resuscitate former batter but the bugger won't hold charge. So no warranty claimable as they don't insure battery. Lucky on them!! But in all fairness they did their best to try to find exact fault and isolated the the cause to be the battery, I was there to see it. Plus they are professional enough to waive off labour charges.

I had them re-tighten all my tupper ware, bolts and serviced my rear wheel nut - Indeed there was some free play.

What items they re-tighten?

Bro I seriously cannot answer that. The bike shop will say depends on your luck. It baffles me still that Yuasa batteries are not warranted in Singapore. Parallel imports probably......

Realigned almost all panels (I requested for it)

Retightened front and Rear wheel nut, I think rear wheel nut area was re-adjusted also.

Torque check on brake assembly mounting points

Simple bike wash by uncle Chew.

Basically they couldn't reverse the Tow fees and battery replacement as the battery is faulty (and not warranted) so probably they were being nice and were willing to sort out my other requests.

that is because batteries prices for bikes are very competitive and there's always a big price wars against merchants.... :)

Noted bro. But price wars usually mean each merchants trying to cut throat one another and should bring prices down. I just cannot comprehend a similiar device 1/4 size of a car battery costing twice the amount.
