If you're riding a bike but not calculating the 50 possibilities in the 50 meters of road ahead of you, then you're dangerous and shouldnt be on one.

Folks, finally my windscreen arrived...got it installed today...limited time trying it just now but so far it's been ALOT better than our stock.

My height's about 1.75m, and my line of sight is fully within and behind the screen. Should be able to test further tmro to/fro work.

 

Today's ride was, of coz, quieter. It did rain during my ride and in my opinion, there is not much difference between having the screen in your line of sight and if your visor is also already "flooded". Do take note this is my personal experience and do not quote me if you decided to install the Givi & have difficulty adapting to it during rain! :cool:

 

Overall, it meets my expectation though i feel that it does not need to be designed as wide as it is cos it creates a bit of psychological effect that you might have a tendency to grind cars' side mirrors when you squeeze through traffic.

WRT wind noises....

I am very impressed with those on modern day adventure tourers. The tiny piece of screen is so effective in reducing wind blast. If u can prevent wind blast u are as effective in getting somewhat shielded from light drizzle.

I dont have a sample bro n it was done at a sticker shop here.. Does tinted sticker is used for tint your car windscreen/window.. :D

i am around your height,but the windscreen is pricey. I maybe going to Taiwan, so i may try my luck there

hey guys, guessed i am not fated to be a maxsym400i owner...

ordered white color weeks ago then agent called my bikeshop on friday he only left maroon color.

next shipment is end nov but cant even be sure whether will there be any white 400i...

i am due to collect it tmr...very very disappointed...

i taken a 2011 new tmax instead....

did u check with Mah? from wat i read, seems to affect ABS models only eh. local no ABS wat. try and check wif them la. later u ignore end up something bigger spoil.

Good,the Tmax is better. More power,more Nm,2 Cylinder, i like it also. Maybe the next bikei will buy 2 Cylinder Motorbike.

Some update: Mah no longer has white. Mine was the 3rd last red one. I think ASPhoon still has one white. Can check with them.

Got bike must ride!
