First you have to know is not gr. is KG for the Springs !!!

 

The Spring every people have to check by him self what he like. Also all have to look for the weight from People.

 

Next week i will change the Spring again. Let see.

 

If your guys get maybe 10 set for order i can Order this for you and Install is easy if you have the Tools to make it. I make it also by myself.

sorry i mean KG..lol...i have alrdy installed it on my bike..hehehe..but it uses 12.5kg CS and 20kg Pillow Spring, but i dun like the pickup coz its more slower compare to stock, so tmrw i wanna change to 14.5kg clutch spring...luckly the springs comes free with the set...lol

Installed DR PULLEY hit clutch, my review is that we need to change to 14.5kg clutch spring and 20kg or 25kg Pillow Spring (outside)

coz the pre-installed ones 12.5kg clutch spring is too light for the bike, the pickup is worst den stock!...so the 14.5kg Clutch Spring and 20/25kg pillow spring if installed, the pickup is crazy! and over taking is awesome!

 

P/S Clutch Spring and Pillow spring in various weights are included in the package :)

Bro, you use back the org bell?

Does the dr pulley come complete with the hit clutch and bell? How abt the front pulley with the slider need to change to get the perfoment?

So far i use back the original bell bro, the front rollers, i change to Dr Pullet slider roller also...

 

For slider rollers, so far the overtaking is awesome coz you can feel the pull unlike the stock setup which will have a second lag....

 

For the hit clutch, the original set up of the springs (i.e. 12.5kg Clutch spring and 20kg Pilllow spring combination) is rubbish! but the set comes with alot of extra spring accessories with diff weight variation..

 

so my recommendation is to change to 14.5kg Clutch Spring and either 20kg or 25kg pillow spring..

 

This combination will send your bike flying!

 

i read from burgmanUSA forum, if u use even heavier clutch spring, you can wheelie the scoot..lol

This set up is good.

 

Try playing around with the rollers as well. Try heavier sliding rollers, better top end, & lower rpm during high speeds.

May lose out a bit on pick up, but the HiT clutch system will compensate back the power loss.

Pickup is crazy sia bro...

 

Yeah i plan next roller chage to chg to heavier roller weights:-):-)

Today i change form 16g Slider Roller to 15g.

 

Pillow Spring: 25kg

Clutch Spring: 20kg

 

The 16g i can send to you for good Price. Only 55 SGD and this i test only 300km. To end near by 170km/h.
