how to repair dents??

recently my friend bike sufered a dent from a hit and run...

anyone has any ideas hoe to remove this?? other than going to work shop..

dent size about 30 mm across...no holes or damage paint work..

I am sceptical of that product. Perhaps large and shallow dents, yes. But tiny and deep dents, i don't see it working.

 

Secondly, i've work with all this glue guns. Kinda useless to do the job in my opinion.

i suppose so...those dents that haved the panels deformed..ie eg...with deep holes...sure cannot remove..as the metal is damaged beyond repair by this method..

 

it seems that when the panewl is not badly deforme..you can pull it out...yeah saw some you tube video..looks interesting..but actual experience anyone?/
