Faulty traffic light?

Hi bro and Sis, anyone ever come a cross with faulty traffic light? Mean my side was in red... the others side was green... and it will not change for the pass 20min.... what should i do next?? thanks!!!

Happened to me many times especially at Kallang Mac in the wee hours in the morning. I waited at the light for 20 mins. In the end, i reversed my bike all the way to the turn and made a whole big round. The lorry beside me was stuck when i reached the other side of the junction (after turning left, U-turning and turning left again). I then raised my hand at him i don't know for what reason.

 

From then on, i decided never to use that road but instead make a bigger turn. But i think now they solved the problem and made the traffic light into a timing light instead of that stupid floor sensor thing.

These are the junctions with sensors so unless there is a car, the lights will not turn in your favor. However these road buried sensors are not sensitive enough to pick up the presence of a waiting bike.

 

So you can either get down from your bike, and walk to activate the Predestrain Crossing or just moved off when it is safe to do so.

Or ride to the sensors and put your side stand on the lines.. it will activate the sensors and the lights will turn in your favour.

If it doesn't change after a reasonable amt of time, I know its a sensor and my bike isn't heavy enough. I'll just ride off. If TP ask, I say "I wait there five minutes already, how long more you want me to wait? I thought the light spoil mah."

Just ride thru if no light change after 3 min if not vehicle on others side. If have camera photo I heck care. I will tell then traffic light junction floor sensor spoil.
