engine runs with key on off position

The engine continues to run even after I turn the key off, it switches off if I turn off the kill switch though.

wat bike r u riding?

is ur bike engine very hot? probably ur bike is tune very lean.

it's possible tat very hot engine pre-ignite even when ignition is turn off.

something wrong with your ignition switch??

test..turn off as usual..engine still runs..

kill it withe kill switch...return kill switch to on..

try restart engine...if engine can be restarted wih the ignition switch off...time for a relay/switch check up..

Think it has something to do with the ignition key connection or something, I could switch off the ignition, the bike runs, switch it on again then switch it off and the bike dies with it.

 

Don't think its pre-ignition because the kill switch kills the engine without fail.

contacts failing or the relay dying..most likely..

u can try squirt wd40 into ur key ignition.

it might be some dirt or rust tat have closed electrical contact.
