Normal Procedure???????

Dear All,

 

Just want to share and know as whether is this very normal in today buying and selling of bikes.

 

I have actually posted a WTS advertisement of my bike in this forum. One fella actually sms me and asked me about my bike price. The fella then stated that his friend wants to buy and he is helping his friend. His friend wanted a lower price and he only need kopi money from me.

 

Is it normal nowadays to take kopi money even when you are helping a friend?

Nope. It's not normal.

 

You sell at the price you want to sell. Usual practise is buyer pays all unless otherwise stated by seller.

Sounds like someone making a quick buck. The idea of putting up an advert is to transact between buyer and seller.
