and the frequencies doesn't match!! and worse of all, those whiteys at roadblocks in the middle of no where during the night, has radar detector that can detect almost all range of frequencies..so don't bother..

radar comes with different band width..USA only some states are illegal.expensive detectors can detect more band width..don think its of much use..i would like to know what band width singapore is on too.probably more useful up north.

a friendly suggestion, not trying to be funny or insult anyone..try getting a radar detector, with jammer..powered by 24v battery..require regulator..proper heat sink..car better not have air con when starting up the jammer..this system would enable you to jam and detect freq you want..you'll defiantly rule..because govt wont spend so much money on such a "high tech" device..but..but..of cause..if this is on your bike..haha, good luck..in car, sure can be seen..

I personally feel that jammer is too much already. The purpose of the detector is only to let you know if you r approaching their 'range' so that u can slow down. Better not to provoke the TP further by jamming their frequency, else u will make them even more wanna catch u. haha

Radar detector is legal in some countries like NZ, japan, india and etc.. While some countries like UK, its legal to have but illegal to use. While in singapore both detector and jammer is illegal to sell, buy and use.. Hefty fines..
