2. With these changes, vehicle buyers and sellers will enjoy savings as they need only pay a nominal fee of $11 to effect a vehicle transfer. Additional Levy, if applicable, will still be payable.

 

3. For transfers effected before 18 February 2012, the existing Transfer Fee, Additional Transfer Fee and Additional Levy shall apply.
