Hum... Not more then 1 meter above ground, with plate light and sizing as below, but no indication if it can be on the side or must on rear. 

Rear licence plate

• Letters and digits are 50 mm high, 30 mm wide and 5 mm broad
• The space between adjoining letters or between adjoining numbers is 10 mm
• The space between a letter and a digit next to each other is 20 mm
• The space from the nearest part of each letter and digit to the top, bottom and side of the vehicle licence plate is 10 mm
