See how the try and bully. of course dont flame innocent bike shop lah just flame those really black shop that really cheated.

 

Disclaimer : do not flame limpeiwah if it doesn't work and the malicious shop catches.

 

It always helps not to be too specific about the events as well so they cannot trace your identity.

 

I m sick and tired of consumers getting shafted by high and mighty lawyers.

 

I think they judge people. When i overpaid for an item, the boss called me and apologise some more after i just mentioned it. Very nice of him I am a customer forever. I think its easier to make ppl happy than to sue them. Just one call say sorry sorry he has gained my trust.

Either : follow my steps. or have a friend/relative/girlfriend/boyfriend/animal/servant/master in some place with liberal laws regarding this like holland, UK, Kenya, HK, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia blah blah blah and tell him to register and post for you.

 

DO NOT USE YOUR TRACED LOGGED IP ADDRESS to flame ppl on a singapore Forum EVER!

To be fair to the forum administrator once supoened by the malicious shop's (plaintiff's ) lawyers, they have no choice but to take all reasonable steps to trace your ip address. NOw if u got anonymous ip address they cant trace u all they have to prove is that they tried.

 

DO not blame the bike forum's admin for powtohing u. they have no choice. their logs will have to be handed over and if your IP is from a PAP linked company (basically ALL internet companies in singapore) u will be traced right up to your computer terminal.

it ISNT enough. Basically it will be your word against their's. singapore's consumer law does not help consumers enough. if they hire a lawyer and u dont, it will be ruled in their favor! BEWARE!

not quite, even if u r able to hire a lawyer, the lawyer still has to see ur situation & advice u whether its worth or not, u might be at the losing end even if u have a lawyer

buy a 3rd party wireless adapter, disable your built in wireless.

when they ask for ur name and e-mail when using the internet, anyhow type fake one in

u need an internet account to start with... or u buy router only oso no use

 

Macs recently improved their wireless by making u register properly..but prob not effective..

 

Wireless@sg requires ur contact details, so unless u sabo a friend
