At the void deck. Do keep in mind some residents see then their eye become red sure call police. Police come some understand and some siao on will create trouble for you. They have to go thru HDB to report of your bike being 'parked at void deck'. Doing it at the bike lot or carpark is already and clearly an offence that can be issued a fine.

I want to ride my bicycle I want to ride my bike..I want to ride my bicycle I want to ride it where I like..

agreed, or you only move your bike to the void deck if it requires some maintenance, once done then push back to bike lot. thats what i do usually.

If only that is 100% true. Sadly some people are so self righteous that they have to just call the police on you.

i understand how you feel, but fortunately those residents staying at my area doesnt seem to bother much so long we dont make noise such as revving the throttle and etc. so far no complains whatsoever and i hope it stays that way. haha.

No revving. However I blame this p plated guy on his high pitched loud irritating rxz in the carpark. Years ago I never had any problems doing mantenance of bike at void deck till the 'existence' of this fellow. Only recently got problems. I think the residents assume I am the one with the loud and noisy exhaust rxz hence the complaints.
