your front should be nothing but 90 80/17

and your rear should be 120 80/17

do not use a front tire (110 70/17) and use it as your rear.

My front is 90 80/17, Rear is 110 70/17

This rear tyre was newly changed when i purchased my bike.

There is others who mention that its is ok to used it as rear tyre

and there are numbers of 150cc riders who are using this size as REAR tyre.

Can anyone clarify this doubts and the information might be quite useful for

all of the bikers!

i would suggest that u consult ya bike shop or the bike's manual. It's best to use the recommanded size of tyres on ya bike.

For example, if the rear tyre's stock profile is 110 70/17, always change back the same size for maximum performance. although the model and make u can choose others la.. If u put a 120 70/17... yes i know it look nice and ppl believes that u can kup lower with wider tyres.. If u do some research, the tyre will wear out faster in the center and the cornering ability is not as good as the 110 (I cant remember too clearly on this. correct me if wrong.) due to less contact area.. or was it.. it's harder to recover from a cornering as the center of the tyre is more pointy.

Continental - MileStone

Especially developed for cruisers and heavy touring bikes

Breaker construction enables even pressure in the contact area, reducing tread wear

Extremely high mileage due to wear resistant compound and deep tread pattern

Silica compound technology offers better wet grip without reducing the mileage

does anione noe where to get cheapest sportec m1.. rear tyre onli.... for superfour...

actually for wat i noe.. for tyre... it depends on wat u wan... for touring and long distance u can try to buy hard tyre as it is for long road... but if for playin cornerin u can get those soft compound tyres... soft compound tyres will gif u best grip durin dry weather... as it will turn abit sticky... for wat i hear n thru mag... for 400cc to 1000cc on dry whether.. normal road for cornerin u can get BT 014, Sportec M1 - M3 but hardly find M3... Pirelli Corsa also one for the best cornerin tyre as it gif grips.. but as for wet weather wif those tyres... u need to be extra careful as u noe tat it turn sticky easy during hot weather... but it will be quite solid as the weather turn cold...
