it can be due to many reasons

possibly ur idling too low, does it happen all the time or only when u just start the bike? if it happen only after u just start bike then maybe is becos engine cold,

and since u said u change batt many times liao, probably the rectifier or regulator got problem, hard to say also.

EO for SP is mainly for gear oil. semi syn ones should be good enough. i'm only guessing.

hmm....cant recall wat paint work le....but it's when i havent sold my sp(red and white wif 17 on it)

 

went to take my rvf 2days later.....hmm...was a chinese guy,while i was changing my engine oil....

yes, u are right, u don't need to change gear oil for 2-stroke bikes that often, and don't need to use good EO for that purpose. it's simply a waste of good EO. fully/semi synthetic 15/50 engine oil is more crucial for 4-strokes, especially the small small 4-strokes, cos it is basically the only coolant and lubricant that the engine has while sp have coolant, 2T, gear oil and sometimes even the petrol itself acts as a lubricant for the piston.

 

anyway, pizza was great and cheap and we ate till we nearly burst, and nice meeting integra blackheart and donghai at kopitiam near mobil

hey..is sp a recommend bike if it is mainly used for transportation?

as in..is the maintenance every mth high

First we would like to know whether u like sports bike or not?

 

If no,i would suggest a wave or 125z if it is jus for transport. (fuel cheap)

 

If yes,Sp maintainence isn't that high if u buy a gd SP.(fuel more exp)
