gal : and i agree it's the biting point too near not the clutch plate . I had this problem b4 , but after i change my clutch cable (due to too old) and adjusted the biting point , no more such thing le .

 

congx : i think it's because never drag high enough for gear 1 then you change to gear 2 hit neutral .. it can be embrassing right .. lol .. i figured that out cause i kana until like sh*t last time .. F*****g malu ..

and out of that 0.02% of nsr riders who participate in our forum discussions only 20% are handsome which also means i am part of that 20%. LOL.

I also fall in that 80%..But I'm fat..Ugly and pimpled face..So I'm the minority out of the 80%..And I ride a modded RXK..So there you go..

u are not inside since the 80% is of the 0.02% which ride nsr150 and comes to sbf. u ride a modded rxk n comes sbf so u can never fall into the 80% section.

It's just my rough estimation ..lol .. cause i was thinking , there are so many SP on the road , and on the forum there's around 10-15 regulars and it's like generations of 10-15 regulars in and out as they move on to other classes .

 

Then i always see ppl coming in to our forum post what lah .. "FRXXXA better watch out lah .. blah .. " i mean , there are many SP riders or rather riders out there that don't even know that this SBF forum exist !

well , i believe there's more then 200 nsr150sp riders here , but how many are actually active ? how many still rides a SP ? i bet you can easily name 10 who frequents this NSR150sp thread .

i hope in the future they create a class 2C. you must first learn to ride a bicycle safely first and pass the TP test then can go get 2B after 1 year. LOL.

yesterday i asked at agl change clutch plate = 180 riggit.

 

change in singapore may run up to 150SGD if the shop wanna chop your head. got chiong one that is much cheaper but best to buy original one.

nsr gal... u try engage neutral first, den tightened the clutch cable screw until tight.. leave alittle bit of free play ok liao.. den try moving off with the new bitting point (quite far) den stop. kick lightly up shld do the trick. =)

180 ringit quite okay lah. i also need to change but i think not worth it. must wait until really jialat jialat then change. liddat more worth it.

 

according to the economics theory of diminishing marginal returns or the law of diminishing returns ... beyond a certain amount of input, the returns become less and less per unit of input. this is relevant to most of our cases as many of us don't hold on to our Sps for long. best is pass the problem on to the next owner. why be the one to correct a problem (in other words spend money) while your buyer probably won't wanna pay you more even though you changed it.

 

simply put... dun bother spending so much money lah
