oh siglap. I move out of siglap already to marine parade but i still do go down to siglap to hang out at my mum's place. haha.

 

anywa conx dun greedy lah. but if u want you come to siglap macs and i give u my meal lah. hahahaha i am sick of macdonald's food already. only eat it to save money.

Anyone did overhual before? how much? is it worth it? cos i can get 2a licence already. Mine Fs plate, quite old liao then also never really take care of it. Should i just trade in and get super 4?

pls dun overhaul. not worth it. you oeverhaul or dun overhaul bike shop also offer you same amount. just get a bigger bike if you can afford it.

yah lor 1.6k is very very good deal. go trade in now. i think for FS plate you get 1.2k very very good already.

Don't have? at least 1.4k ba! i asked one shop QUITE LONG AGO, can trade in about 1.6k lo.... maybe now drop liao. Anyway sp's value also drop very fast de la cos so old le but still.... i love sp bike!

a couple of months ago.. i went to pay my installments at asphoon ubi.. i asked them about a rvf they selling and i asked them how much they wanna take my FS sp.. and they quote me 2k!

Actually i think maybe if u ask the shop that u alway go to service or do things, they would probably quote u lower price because they know the condition of your bike?

eh let us remember that trade in price confirm is better than they pay you cash. as flykite has mentioned, of course trade in they give u 2k cause they wanna make you happy then the rvf any price also you will take.

er i works somehow, like the shops eat ur bike at higher price and bring the machine of the next bike higher..

so in a wise man move.. u shld..

 

 

first. get the cheapest price for the machine u are buying.

 

next make it appear to the shop that u are waiting for a pending buyer for a reasonable price like $2k for FS.

 

then u ask the shop for the lowest machine price again.

 

then ask about trade in how much he is willing...

 

make it appear to the shop they u are 100% gurantee u are getting the machine and ur just waiting for the buyer to confirm ur bike. in this way the shop might offer u a higher trade in price? i'm just saying might..

 

anyway i went to albert motors at bukitmerah. (all shops their own bad and gd comments b4. just like HKL)

true man.. u noe when i ask them the price of the RVF (FN) plate.. they quote me 7.5k!!
