no need la, if they wanna overtake me in the same lane as i'm in. i'll just press my horn for 3 secs. they'll have two reactions.

1. go back to their own lane.

or

2. blow past me. (which i think they would since they're driving super cars. haha!)

they drive in by force one loh...

mayb sport car got lots of blind spot or simply e drivers r blind...

they force u to move away frm lane or risk knockin into their expensive car...

wah u hit them i duno hw many sp u hav to sell to pay for e damange....

if they change lane without due care and knock into your bike, it's their fault. they'll be fined and demerit points will be deducted.

i think the TP who comes to the accident scene will be able to judge who banged who. a bike wont' be that stupid to knock into a car, especially a lambo which has a rock hard shell. lol.

anyway my horn isn't the stock horn. it's a truck horn! hahaha. must let you guys hear it soon. :lovestruck:

anyway i did overhual recently and the mecha changed the follow things

for infor on jus e part abt e piston ring...not e way of runnin in...

mayb this has a better explanation

http://www.mattituck.com/articles/engbrkin.htm

guess the link provides a better explaination (although very very cheem) of what i was trying to say... proper seal; no compression leakages.

i only managed to read the first 2 paragraphs before giving up. lol.

yubeng: no rider in the right frame of mind would let a car hit him when travelling @ 100km/h on an expressway. i rather swerve and let that idiot pass rather than claim his insurance. :D

lim: cannot sleep leh. maybe i should go work with you rather spend my time slacking at home. lol. you wanna change musical horn ah? SP can't fit la. lol. my stebel nautilus compact alr need to squeeze until pretty jialat. luckily ah xiong (the other xing hock shop mechanic) help me make a bracket which fits just nice. although this afternoon i rewired the entire thing to make it neater. now just praying that when i wash my bike, the water won't spoil my horn. lol.

oh ya you wanna hear my horn you go to yahoo and search stebel horn. go their website, click on the motor cycle icon on the botton left frame and select nautilus compact. there's sample of how the horn sounds like.

kenNUFC: your mech use what kind of magical gasket for you?? $65?? :giddy:

how many types of gasket are there? i also not sure.... lol 65 way too ex? what the usual price then? anyway after doing overhual, the difference i can feel is the vibration of the bike and sound, performance like same same sia.

hahaha! welcome to the insomniac club guys..

i usually sleep at 6am everyday after reaching home from work after 2am..

yubeng: if its already "near" accident, sounding the horn wont make any difference. u tink the first reaction when u encountered a near accident is to horn first or try to avoid it? im sure its the latter..

KenNUFC: maybe its a titanium gasket.. like Xibit loves to say in Pimp My Ride "You've been CHOPPED!"..

congX and fnee: maybe u guys should work at my place lah.. since u all cant slp.. like samuel said.. better work than slack at home!

do you know that you can get a sheet of gasket paper (think that's what it's called) for less than $10 and cut out your own gasket? and i think it's A4 in size.

your bike is suppose to run smoother after the overhaul since your old bearings were worn. performance wise i'm not sure though.

this is the kind of technical discussion that i love heh. better than the endless pages of TCSS.

but there must be jokes too la.

good night all

now alot of power is packed behind the small "horn" button . With great power , comes great responsibility . You might just kill a ah ma or ah gong . haha ..
