Refining the body of the bike

Hi guys, do look at the pics below and teach me how can i make the surface smooth and balance in color.

I mean, for just the part there alone. Quite a sad sight everytime i look at it.

Any cheap or DIY way other than sending for re-spray and paint?

try to sand it 1st dan spray the colour u wan ?

or just spray over it with spray paint. make sure to cover the other areas.

I would put washer to the nuts.

Anyway for easy job i reccomend Rj high temp spray. (black)

I seen videos and they removed the part from the bike before they spray.

I dont think its possible to remove the parts as seen in my picture... :S

honestly..... an easier and nicer option wud be getting new ones from ah boy... i think 10 bucks a piece...
