Hi guys, i kena fined for fail to notify in making minor modification. 
 

I recently change my exhaust pipe and pass my inspection. Then suddenly i kena this ... anyone can advise me ? Thanks in advance!

That's quite unusual.

1) Did they state in the fine what is the 'minor modification'?

2) How did they fine you? Were you stopped on the road by LTA or TP officer or was it an inspection at your MCSP?

3) What is the date of the fine, what is the date you installed the exhaust, and what is the date that you went for inspection?

If you had the fine AFTER the exhaust installation but BEFORE the inspection, you can write in to LTA/TP to waive the fine. But i wonder how did they issue you the summon?

Or could it be for another modification other than the exhaust?

Please let us know, this is quite interesting..
