Hello guys, new rider here

I want to make my r15 nicer by adding a dark windshield to it. However, I am just wondering, is it LTA approved and will it pass inspection? Thanks guys

Don't think there are very specific laws for motorcycle windshields other than classifying it with the Fairings.

Under the Motorcycle FAIRING section

The replacement fairing should be specifically manufactured for the motorcycle model and installed according 
to the product manufacturer's recommendations.

Since fairing replacements come in many shapes and sizes, 
the installation of replacement fairing must not change the original appearance of the motorcycle. 
The replacement fairing must not have sharp edges 
and the original lighting systems of the motorcycle must also be maintained.

 

My guess would be as long as it isn't overly big and is not higher than your head with you're sitting when you ride. i think it should be ok.
