Honda ADV 150 Seat Issue / Belting Recommendations

Hi All, 

I just bought ADV 150 a week ago and I noticed that the seat will 'pop in' going over humps and bumps. Considering that I am quite a heavy weight, anyone have any "hacks" or solutions to this issue? 

Also, I'd like to change the belting to a more heavy duty ones. As I'll be using the bike heavily for commuting and also food delivery. Any recommendations for the belting?
