Requesting for solution

Need some advise with fellow bikers out there. 

For the past 3 years, my bike is still with the bike shop that I sent to for rework. It has not been completed yet and it has been towed to another bike shop for repair. The bike has been laid up twice. 

Has anyone encounter such problems? What advise can you give me ?

Hello there. it's very sad and frustrating to have a vehicle in such a situation for 3 years and still yet to be on the road.

i'm no expert in this area regarding bikes but perhaps it will help others here to comment if you provide more info like what bike it is, what exactly is wrong with the bike and what are you getting done to it. 

also, perhaps what happened at the first shop and how the progress is at the 2nd shop.
