Dirt Biking in Malaysia - how to get personal accident insurance?

I would like to ride dirt bikes on trails in Malaysia. I would rent the bike at somewhere like Tristan Park and take the guided trail ride. But I cannot find any personal accident or third party liability insurance cover. Tristan Park is not a recognised tour operator and their instructors are not licensed qualified guides.  Anyone found cover for dirt biking in Malyasia?
