XMAX300 2022 Comfort Seat closing issues

Changed my original XMAX300 2022 model seat to Euro Comfort seat. Closing the seat is not smooth as I need to shove the seat backwards. Anyone facing a similar problem? Care to share what you did to fix the issue?

i got the comfort seat refunded. i believed it manufacturing issues as i had tried changing the seat seal, tried putting that seat on another Xmax, also get another new comfort seat to try on my Xmax.

you can check back with the seller about it.
