Gilera Fuoco vs MP3 500 vs Adiva AD3 400

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to compare these 3 bikes. Main considerations are

* Ease of battery access
Out of all 3 Wheelers, I can only find these 3 models that can easily access the battery under the seat; where I can easily swap in the battery when I need to use it.
I've considered Yamaha Tricity but unfortunately its battery is too troublesome to access. So no choice.

* Maintenance costs & Mechanical issues
I heard Adiva has very bad reputation due to it's maintenance and issues with the CVT. I'm not so sure about the other 2

* Tilt / standing assist
I believe only Gilera Fuoco & MP3 500 has the switch while stopping and ability to auto off while riding off.

What do you guys think?
