Looking for good clear bike mount camera

Hi guys,

I am looking for a suitable bike mount camera that can be detached easily. Don't mind charging it once awhile. Not those linked with bike's battery type. The video has to be clear at least, rain proofed etc. For FWD facing will do. 360 degree would be much better.

Was thinking of Insta360 but the price a bit steep ($789) . Is there any alternative recommendations?

Thank you.

bike mount camera = insta360 / GoPro / dji action camera. all quite costly since they are better quality and need to charge at least once per 2-3 days depending on your time on the road... can record at least 1-2 hours with one battery.

bike on board camera front and back = 3xx-4xx for higher end cameras.. switch on auto on and record, will overwrite old files. doesn't take up electricity if switch off.. depending on your electricity tag.

Onboard camera - vsys (What I personally brought, last me for the duration I had for my bike 14 years for first bike, 2nd bike now 3 years++).. price about 2xx-3xx

I heard Singapore got some brand also go up to 5xx.. you can check around..

dun bother with the cheap ones $50-100.. you would rather not get those.. at least get a decent ones dji/gopro.. older model is alright as long it belongs to those recognisable brands.. numbers all fake on those cameras.. back in the days, I tried many many.. and still decided to go with GoPro 1 -> drift HD -> vsys -> insta360.. LOL..

I personally tested at least over 50 sets of cheap cameras.. and they are a waste of time and money..

if you want it for posting videos on youtube etc, then probably action cams are the way to go.
you probably want to go with the well known brands, like insta dji like those mentioned.
but if you want it as dashcam recorder, there're also those AIOs (all-in-ones), like Chigee, Alien Rider that you can consider.
the price is around 700+, but it needs wiring.
comes with front and rear camera, carplay functions etc ... whole package
