Good luck to all CDC students taking TP test tomorrow, take it naturally don't be nervous just treat the testers as instructor. Don't drink too much water, just relax and keep cool made sure preform every station with caution breeze.

Once onto road testing , do be careful scan for traffic slow is ok, don't chiong traffic or too close just be careful. Once u are back to centre parked your bike on main stand. Only then u can relax, last time SSDC got one student Circuit ok , road ok then when he parked his bike fall down unable to latch main stand FAIL.

GOOD LUCK GUYS and GIRLS!

Hey guys, any idea on when is the best time to do my practical bookings? I'm working full time so I'm trying to book for saturdays and sundays but I can't seem to find any slots.

When do they release new slots?

Thanks.

You need to keep camping on the site for cancellations. Every hour login once and you'll be able to see some openings if you're lucky.

Well I login-ed just now and managed to get a slot for saturday that is 5 days before the one I originally booked.

If I cancel any session, I'm assuming I'll get a refund right?

Can someone explain the thing about canceling within 24 hours or 48 hours or something like that? I'm still confused.

Thanks.

Only if you cancel 3 days before the actual lesson date..

48 hours.

But gotta take note of your cancellation count. Once you exceed 18 counts, you get a refund if you cancel 48 hours before the lesson, but they deduct $5.

For renewed membership, you only have half the cancellation count which is 9.

And don't cancel your other lesson first la unless you're confident you can pass on first attempt. Hahaha. :thumb:

Hahah I haven't cancelled yet.

So the best "tactic" is to book 2 sessions, with minimum of 48 hours in between right? If pass then cancel, if fail then go for next one?

I still have 18 cancel counts.

Yeah correct! I usually book minimum 3 lessons hahaha. But don't end up burning lessons like me. I've burnt many many lessons due to booking them less than 48 hours away (ganchiong then wanna faster pass), and lessons which I failed to turn up cos weather looks gloomy, raining, drizzling, sun too hot, too tired, complexion bad blahblahblah hahahaha.

Most xiong one was burning L8. $50+ flyaway! :sian:

You can do the smart thing and go to SSDC or BBDC where pracs are far more frequent and easier to book.

I went cdc during haze period. Quite cool. Like Silent Hill.

I don't intend to book TP. I'm happy with passing L8 and riding around circuit and Ubi. :cheeky:

Saw this up for sale.

No other prettier bikes out there for the 2B range other than SP. :cheeky:

And there are so few NSR SP for sale now. Suddenly all sold already?

Not in any hurry and the distance is quite far for me, I live in the eastern east of singapore haha.

I see, lucky I'm not to kan chiong, I need to wait for my bonus next year in Jan anyway if I wanna buy a bike, so no hurry.

Oh ya, one last question (for now at least), if I only manage to clear one part of Lesson 1, when I go for my second Lesson 1, do I repeat the whole Lesson or only the parts I failed?

Thanks.
