I dunno where this is supposed to be posted..So if its in the wrong section..Mods feel free to move it to the right one..Thanks..

 

Had the misfortune of experiencin an accident last night across the border..This goondu was on the centre lane and suddenly swerved into the right lane without checkin his blind spot or even signal..I on the other hand was travellin on the most right and stickin to my lane knowin that I will be makin a right turnafter the next junction..Tried to swerve but just didn't have enough time and end up rollin on the road..

 

While rolling all I thought of was I need to get up..A few seconds later I got up to my feet..Didn't look at the damage on my bike..Just tried to see if it could start..Thankfully it could..Out of nowhere another man came and claimed it was goondu's friend and that he saw everythin..And as usual blah blah blah..I have a witnessed tho..Coz my friend ws ridin few meteres behind me..He should be the onewho saw everythin clearer than this so called goondu's friend..

 

Knowin that the goondu would not move and settle it somewhere else (bikeshop)..I told him I will pay for the damages..Seein how litle his damages were..Broken footrest and a warped exhaust side cover..

 

Went to bikeshop had the mech checked and was told of the damages..All this while I have yet to check on my bike..All I can feel is that the alignment is off..So I told the guy..If you want me to pay for your damages then you pay for mine..I felt that this was the best offer I could give although he was definitely in the wrong..He said he have no money..I was like WTF?! You no money then I also say I no money la? Fair? Either you pay yourself or you pay mine and vice versa..Mine defintely cost alot more than his..He said he's not happy..He called his older cousin to come over knowin how small sized he is and knowin how easily I could prolly beat him up..Prolly felt that way coz he knows he's in the wrong..

 

So finally it came to a solution..Which was to report it at the Cawangan Polis Trafik..As expected he twisted the story that he was in the right lane and I hit him from the back..I was like WTF?! After inspectin the bike the IO said clearly there isn't any damages on the back..Coz if I had hit him there then there would be damages there but the damages are on the sides..Next he claimed that all along he was in the right lane..Again I was like WTF?! Where would the point of collision be if both are travellin straight? Thats what the IO replied too..

 

Cut the story short..We were given a solution to settle this..Its one of the solution I had in mind all along..Is that we both pay our own damages and get on with our lives..While the IO was writin some documents..This goondu has the cheek to tell me.."See la just now can settle..You pay for mine can already"..I was like WTF?! I'm not wrong and I have to pay for yours? And who's gonna pay for mine?

 

Finally we were to told to just forget about it and pay for our own damages..Sorry for rantin..Its long I know..Well the whole thing lasted a few hours..From 2200+hrs to almost 0400am..What I wanna know is that since its already settled..Are there any other stuff that I should do? Comments and advice are welcomed..

You got the police report from the io there?

make a police report here and report to ur insurance for the claim.. sent ur bike to idac to claim tat bike insurance be4 they go report it...

You will have to be more careful since the fella rode a Malaysian registered bike... easy for the fella to escape while in Malaysia... remember their slogan "Malaysia Boleh"? Thanks..Not makin any claims..Tho I know I'm not in the wrong..Ahaha..That actually made me laugh..Malaysia boleh..Ahaha..Think I'll just inform my insurance about the accident..Hopefully nothin bad happens..

Man that sucks.... gd thing you are ok.

 

I was thinking, what would happen if you just repeated everything he said to you back to him? like when he said, "See la just now can settle..You pay for mine can already". If you said it back to him.... prolly would irritate the hell out of him.

 

But still, its a gd thing you're safe cos anything can and will happen in malaysia....BOLEH!
